KB Coaching was created after Kayla and Bre spent nearly four years coaching side by side under TeamStriveFit.
The time came to combine our knowledge, experience, and passion into one unified team a brand that truly reflects who we are and what we stand for. With over 15 years of combined experience in the coaching industry, our mission is simple: to help people achieve incredible goals while making the journey less stressful and more sustainable. Through tailored coaching, education on nutrition protocols, and a strong focus on mindset, we empower our clients to build results that last.

We share a deep respect for the bodybuilding process.

Having both competed ourselves, we understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of contest preparation and the journey to stage.

With years of hands-on experience, we’ve supported athletes through every phase of their development. Our coaching is structured, evidence-based, and designed to prioritise performance, health, and long-term longevity, helping you present your best possible package on stage. We always aim to put health first and we will be honest with you if we feel you may not be ready for the stage yet.

Our competition prep coaching includes:

  • Individualised training and nutrition programming

  • Structured phases across your entire preparation, including improvement seasons and health-focused phases

  • Peak week planning and protocols

  • Ongoing guidance with training execution and technique

  • Structured meal planning with detailed feedback on nutrition tracking

  • Supplement guidance and recommendations where appropriate

  • Access to a trusted support network, including posing coaches and allied health professionals such as physiotherapists, to support you throughout your preparation.

We guide our athletes through the entire journey, including post-competition transitions, to ensure health, recovery, and long-term progress are always supported.

Whenever possible, we aim to attend our clients’ shows, particularly across Western Australia. For interstate competitions, with sufficient notice, we will work closely with you to plan travel and provide the highest level of support on the day, helping your competition experience run as smoothly as possible.

You’ll work face-to-face with your coach every week and receive the accountability, tools, guidance, and education you need to achieve your goals.
